As Director of Strategy & Beverage, Mike helps shape the future of Two Hands through growth initiatives and beverage innovation. He brings to the role the perspective of an entrepreneur, cocktail bar owner, and multi-unit restaurant strategist.

Previously, Mike held executive leadership roles with restaurant groups based in Washington State and Maryland, focusing on innovation, strategy, business development, and beverage. Earlier in his career, he worked for E & J Gallo and several beverage distributors across Chicago, Indianapolis, and New York City.

Originally from Philadelphia, Mike now lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife and two hilarious sons. Outside of work, he enjoys manning the grill, attempting to play golf, and occasionally winning at poker with friends.
