Alicia Ritson

Director of Operations (NYC)

Alicia Ritson moved to New York City from Sydney, Australia in 2006 by way of Marfa, Texas. She received a BA in Art Theory from the College of Fine Arts, Paddington, Australia and an MA in Curatorial Studies from Bard College in New York. Alicia has spent almost two decades working in hospitality in Sydney and NYC, including the Hugo's Group in Sydney and Tuxedo Hospitality in NYC. She is passionate about the transformative potential of hospitality, cultivating connections with guests as well as staff around good food.

Alicia joined Two Hands in 2019 as general manager of the original Two Hands on Mott Street in Nolita. She now oversees operations for our three NYC locations.
